ha ha you will probly win i gotta get mine rewired and stuff and i gotta get 4 new tires for my daily 2002 civic and getting a front and rear lips for my daily and hid kit and slowly work on the hatch but im hoping to have it done by the middle of july
havent been on in a couple dayd progress slowed down i got a new clutch and bolted the transmission up and its ready to be droped in the car and rewired hopefully have it running next week more pics to come the engine bay is painted along with most of th interior
so i got the obd0 harness and its off with the motor to a local tuning import shop to get it professionally rewired and make sure everything ok with the harness
so it started awhile ago but i picked up a ef hatch for 700 dollars and sold the si engine someone swapped in it (originally a dx) but i got rid of that engine hoping to get a better engine there was ugly z3 fenders on it and a huge dent and no interior so heres some before pictures...
i got the same exact problem on my 02 civic i hate i got so pissed off about it ive took it to honda dealership they couldt fiigure it out and 2 shops and they both said nothings wrong becasue when u cut the car off it resets and doesnt do it till i dive it for about 30 min then it starts up...
that sucks so much, do u have gsr brakes on ur ef? mines got a huge swaying problem im not sure what it is tho dont be a smart a$$ and say get sway bars, there something wrong like a car should not sway this much like its hard to keep it on the road at 40mph thats how bad it sways? any ideas of...
any more progress? im getting my car hauled back to my house tomarro and painting the engine bay and inside because its gutted out and want it to look decent. and my new transmission should be in friday along with my jumper harness and then ill have to bolt it up and drop the b18 in it
but mine isnt completely molded out like the guy didnt even use that much bondo on it foreal like its like just enough to make it smooth really he said it shouldnt crack unless it get slammed real real hard like my body dips in a bit where the molding acctually was so it shouldnt crack is what...
ls is the way to go b16s have high compression ls-vtec or ls boost is the way to go b16 all motor will cost u more money for the power your looking for im using the ls trans on my b18 ill tell u how it works out im just using a b18 for now im gonna boost it soon i gotta get it ready to drive...
im not to worried about it cracking foreal just be easy on the doors and it will be all right and if it does crap ill get my friend to sand and repaint it for the cost of paint really i got a couple people that know how to paint and wont charge me except like 20 bucks or something to repaint it
