I was doing so research and talkin to the guy that originally built the ls-v they told me i need to drill it out (which i don't want to do) so i will try the link u sent me and plan on running external oil line.
i am very aware that i dont need to run external oil line (not my first build) but if u look at the pics u can see the the oil passage is not in the location it should be. and ill post till i get an answer because i cannot see the oil passage so please check out the pics and show me my...

I dont need to tap the bolck you normally have to tap and plug the head in the original oil galley that supply's the V-TEC solenoid in order to run a oil line from the ls block to the back of the head. The only oil galleys i can see run from the V-TEC soliniod to the front...
I bought a 89 EF hatch had LS-VTEC swap. Motor blew up on way home.I bought a B16 5mil series block, took off my b16 PR3-3 head (cast in 99) and went to take out plug need for ls-v swap and there was no plug or hole. Where and how does the oil get to V-TEC solenoid without using ls-v oil line...
