i think my turbo seals are blown out thats why im smokin all the time. POS turbonetics. should i send back to rebuild for about 500.00 or get new one????

lost three of the eight nuts that bolt on the header on a b18 which attaches to the studs sticking out. these nuts have notches all around them. where can i find these nuts or can someone recomend another way to fix?
can anyone tell me why i have to modify my stock hood for it to close on my 91 rex with a lsmotor and i have hasport motor mounts????? i had to cut out the supports under the hood where it hits the cam gears and valve covers this should not be.....
