There is like no support for those older preludes I just realized. I personally think those older ludes look pretty cool and i wish there was more support for them. Everyone is about the Civic, good luck finding info.
I decided to post in Civic because it gets more travel and it isnt only about the ecu.
I have an OBD1 civic VX and want to swap in a b18c1. I thought I would get a OBD1 engine but these are getting harder to find and they all have a lot of miles on them. But OBD2 engines are newer, fewer miles...
I usually wax the entire car before I wipe it down. This gives the wax time to dry. If you are going to wax, i would also polish it before you wax, this enhances the paint. Check the Meguiars website for some good info on waxing procedure.
If i had to choose, I would probably go with the ZC. But like everyone said, you will never get what you put into it. It will be real fun though so, have fun.
I think the B16's come in autos that might be a good choice. You could always convert sometime later and it would be a big jump in power. You could also look in to Prelude engines or LS I think. Even a D16y8 would be better.
Whenever posts come up like this, people are like "OMG you killed a dog you bastard" or "OMG that dog sucks, sorry for you car." What kind of dog was it? Good luck on the rebuild.
Yeah rotas are cheap and light. I think they are a little over 10 lbs each not sure. You could also look into OEM Honda/Acura wheels. Often these look really good and are pretty lightweight. The HX wheels are 14's and are extremely light.
The VX is also good because it has an odometer stock and is lighter than the DX. It is harder to find the VX though, so you might want to opt for the DX.
