which crank sensor? crank position sensor, crank case fluctuator sensor the cps should be inside your dizzy. the cfs is in the oil pump. If you have an obd2 engine it should have a cfs and don't need to perform any tricks for that.

I'm pretty sure the hose by the oil cap goes to the intake piping. The other parts i can't really tell what they're pointing to.

There's is a spot on the y7 block but you have to tap it in order for it to screw in. You can just thread the knock sensor in to any ground on the chassis, this will send the signal to the ecu as if it were in the block and will not throw a cel and vtec will kick in
