i would replace both.to check and see if it is indeed a wheel bearing jack the car up and grab the tire on the top and bottom and move it back and forth and see if you feel any play then do the same thing by grabbing the left and right of the tire.you shouldnt feel any play.hope this helps
why the hell would you go back to a single cam when you could swap anything into that engine bay unless you like having a car thats not even fast enough for grandma to drive.........
