if i get the h22 i will only put a EMS stinger 4424 ECU and probebly stage 2 cams. But the b18c head with b20 block im going to up the compression to 11:1 also put the EMS stinger 4424 ECU and stage 2 cams.
ohh sorry for the miss under standing i mean as in a full H22A engine head (and block) put in or should i put in a b18c head with b20 block. Which would you think would run quicker

the best engine is either a b18c or H22A there the top of there series and are capable of making big power with mods. Me personally would go with H22A but thats just me
ive heard CP make good pistons but im not sure if they make them for honda. Also dont forget if your going to run a turbocharger and want it to get maximum effiency you have to get low compression pistons so you can run high amounts of boost without putting to much pressure on the engine. Low...
yeah your right because if your running high comp then your restriciting the amount of air the forced induction can allowe because it will create to much pressure on the engine but if you run lower comp then you can increase the amounts of boost pressure thats what makes big power.
ive been hearing alot about EG civics with the B18C head and the B20 block but ive never seen it against a H22A EG. Plus the H22A makes abit more power than the b18c
what will make bigger power a B18C7 head with a B20 block or a striaght H22A1 conversion. This is for my '94 EG civic Hatch i am trying to make it run a flat 13 second pass.
