    I believe that it uses a PM7 ECU... for an 89 DOHC ZC. http://wikitest.pgmfi.org/twiki/pub/Library/IntroductionToECUChipping/trickyPM7small.jpg thats the PM7, the one you have should look like this and have PM7 on the barcode in the upper left.

    If you turbo, you'll have to constantly tune afterwards. You'd have to really lower that compression (unless you somehow wound up with a cast iron block). Get more volume in the head, put different pistons in (low compression obviously). While you can get a lot more power (less torque though)...

    You want a RELIABLE 300 hp inline-4 N/A motor? You could probably do that...with a lot of money. Extreme cams, better pistons, engine balancing, super ECU tuning... but since your asking about the H series. They are great for torque, good stock hp, vtec is always nice, but they aren't the most...
