I was just thinking of swapping a z6 into my 91 hatch and i was looking at some 13 or 14:1 compression pistons. would this be good for an NA setup. if these are a good idea, any idea on how much horses i would be pushin?

I was just looking at pistons to buy for my D16Z6, and i ran across a problem. There are 2 different bores on the compression im looking for. Theres 2.953 and 2.963. Which one of these do i use? Its stock, not bored over any, does that have anything to do with it?

i would imagine since those pistons would come out of a D16, then they prooooobably would be a little big for a 1.5.........just a thought........ :roll:

Right now i have a ZC in my 91 hatch, and i want to replace it with a d16z6. I want to keep the transmission from the ZC wich is cable. But the z6 is equipt with the hydro tranny, will this cause any problems? will the ZC tranny bolt onto the z6 without any extra parts?

Im thinking about building a Minime. Right now i have a ZC (dohc) in my 91 hatch. I was wondering it the D16Z6 head would still work on the ZC block? I read somewhere that there arent any wiring issues on the minime, you just need a Vtec controller? I know it sounds kind of stupid to swap out...
