90 hb won't start new dizzy new starter all lights on.. bump starts but won't fire when the ignition is turned.. could my clutch switch for igition be messed up?

Everything is hooked up. Got spark. Got Fuel Pressure. BUT I heard a weird noise that sounds almost like the starter isn't dis-engaging, however the starter moves freely when inspected. I say its a grinding noise but my buddies the mechanics says its not really a grinding.... just a weird...

Ok i'm an IDIOT >>>>>>>motor IS turning over. But i don't think i'm getting a spark. pulled a plug and checked for spark = nothing. Can someone help me diagnose this? should i get a new dizzy? ahhh <-n00b thanks. -mil

I just put everything together but the motor won't turn over. I'm using the starter from my f22. is there anything I need to change? what am i doing wrong? its gotta be something with the starter!!! Is the H22 starter a different size? this is an f22a1 with an h22a trans. Any help would...
