I rebuilding a d16z6 head with a d1678 block
So I want to know what clutch would be best for me..?
This would be a daily driven car and maybe occasianlly raced
Should I get a stock clutch or a 6 puck one :confused:
I got a D16Y8 block and im going to buy a D16Z6 head so that I don't have to convert to obd2 and get the conversion harness because I have a Obd1 Harness.
But anyways I want to get high compression with this build so here's what im getting.

D16Y8 Intake...
Okay lets say if I wanted to get a D16y8 head what all would I have to convert to get this to work for obd1 harness? Also could I use my d16y7 distributor and head bolts? Please answer :P appreciate the other feedback too alot!
Also would I have to convert anything to use the Y8 intake manifold on the z6 like the sensors or anything? Thats if the Y8 IM is compatable with the z6 head.
I got a d16y8 block im going to build and I don't know which head I should buy the D16Z6 OR D16Y8 which one is the better overall one? Also I heard the Y8 intake manifold is the best one to use on any of the d series swaps is this true?
