i had the same problem with mine it was the fuel injector resitor box check ur injectors first then check that i forgot how many ohms its suposed to pull but maybe find a budy that will let u borrow a good one to hook up or go buy one dont remember rite off what they cost hope this helps
got a b18a1 thinkin bout puttin a b16a head on it and possibly a hondata s300 jus wonderin if it'll work i already have the hondata but dont have it hooked up and also where would i go about getting the plug to go from it to a lap top i looked on hondatas website for this info but maybe i didnt...
