I'm not 100% sure but i believe it is its got to vtec sloenoids on the top left hand of the head. So in short we cant do the swap until we get a new tranny or motor right? is there like an obd2 to an obd1 conversion kit thall work?

I believe its an obd0 if ECU Identification check this website out. Hopefully itll help you out.

i need to know if you can wire a 3 stage vtec d15b with a d16y7 wiring harness. I have a vtec ecu I just dont have the plugs for the vtec

so I did some research on distributors and the y7 and y8 are indentical tue or false
