Okay, So I found the wiring tutorial titled "How to wire vtec" but is that ecu a vtec ecu? Can someone please explain this?

I am wanting to put in a F22B Vtec motor in my lude. Now the one question is, how do I convert the wiring for Vtec? I do not want to swap the entire wiring harness and ECU. I know it can be done, but I can't find out how to do it. Can some please help guide me in the right direction? That would...
