ok well im kinda new to the whole engine building thing so please dont bash me here , im just tryna learn more . everybody has been in my position before lol well i wanted to know what it means to "rebuild" an engine ? is it just replacing the internals on the long block and the head then...

and are the two screws that pin the rotor against the hub a neccesity? is that what is causing the shaking ? because i don't have the screws on my rotors ....

i had this problem before i changed the whole brake setup . i first changed my rotors and brake pads because i started feeling a slight shake when braking . then after that it still was shaking . i found out that i had a leak in my calipers . and so i changed that and properly bled the brake...

yeahhh imma have to do that, the shaking feels intense when i brake from highway speeds. im gonna check the ball joints, tie rods, and bushings even tho i doubt they are causing the problem. the car rides SMOOTH no shaking or goin off to one side while acclerating. the problem hits when its the...

thanks . will do today . u guys think that my rotors are defective? i bought them from autozone. they are duralast. i heard that oem rotors and pads are way better than anything aftermarket

and can bad bushings or ball joints be the reason why my car shakes while braking ?

so i picked up a 90 da from my friend for 300 bucks. full car in running condition. i thought it was such a good deal to pass up so i bought it. the car has a b18a in it and i wanted to swap it into my 91 dx hatchh. thing is ... the teg is an automatic. can i still use that motor and ecu ?
