Hey i had recently change my valve seals on my integra, (GSR). However, it is now smoking for whatever reason. What i need to know is if the Intake and Exhaust SEALS are the same SIZE?

All you gotta to dpo is reset the ECU. To do this, disconnect the negative side of the battery, for about a minute. Reconnect it and then the computer should be reset from there on. :spin:

I have a pair of crower 401 (n/a) cams. When you speak of reliability what do you mean? How can a cam not be reliable? now correct me if im wrong...its a peice of steel (so to speak), with lobes on it that open and shut valves. How does this relate to reliablity. Please let me know b/c your...

Would there be a gain in power if this swap was done, without changing the pistons inside the block of the b2o? What would the torque/horsepower figures look like?
