    Wont start!!

    I have a 99 civic si fully built. b16 bored to b18 fullrace stage 3 turbo. one random night sittin at a gas station for 10 mins, went to start car.. check engine light came on and could not hear fuel pump prime. the car will turn over but wont start:(. is it the main relay or what?
