okay, i was trying to figure out if i have an obd2a engine, harness and computer, would that plug into my 2000 interior harness, and work?

Alright, i'm trying to put a JDM b16a auto in my 2000 auto DX.. Now if it were manual, i could use one of the OBD jumpers... but i don't think they could be used with an auto ECU?? And this harness is a Right Hand Drive harness, and i believe that will cause a problem also.... I know some other...

is the GSR, SIR2 and LS automatic a direct swap for an automatic civic?? can i use the wiring harness and ecu?? will it be emissions legal?? please don't respond with change it to a 5speed, cause its not an option....
