Does it weaken the structural integrity of a LS 1.8 liter block to bore it out to 2.0, and sleeve it, with the intention of going LS VTEC turbo at 15-19 psi, with a Garrett T3/T4 turbo?
All internals will be built, with an extrude honed b18c1 head and intake manifold.
Would boring out the block...
