when i had mine i jus bought a hks turbo timer and set it for 60 seconds no matter how much i drove it jus becuase i didnt want to take any chances but its all ur own preferance my buddy never lets his sit and hes never had any problems so far.
check the grounds on your wiring harnesses and make sure u didnt pinch a wire during ur swap also make sure ur jumper harness wires are all tight and have consistant countinuity
pull all ur spark plugs check all the tips look for uneven wear and check the gapping on them and make sure there the right gap spec for ur motor if one of the plugs is burnt up it could be causing the loping and missfire also check all ur spark plug wires for countinuity as well
