The ECU is also form the 2000 Honda prelude. I beleive the ECU was swapped with the engine . Meaning the ECU should be off of a 2000 H22A4. What ya thinkin...?

Added note: VTEC will not engage at all while these codes are being thrown out. As well my diagnostic tool would not read at all.
