i put new ones in cause they were shot, and still didnt work. i tried being a bum and pop starting it and from how it was sounding its off timing. it was i guess running as you could say but i'd hit the gas it would just sound like it was bogging instant of firing..... but for a honda to jump...

the harness doesn't look too bad but i know when they jump into the harness theres a couple new wires ran

The car still has the stock ecu from the d16 non vtec. so i think its a wiring problem because its a stock harness with prob rigged wires. maybe someone can help and tell me what wires they may have jumped or rigged....
