my 91 civic dx died on me. At first i thought the ecu jumper came loose. Used a new rywire harness with a chipped p30 and it still wouldnt start. Seems like the fuel pump isnt priming and im also not getting any spark. The distibutor is brand new and ive tried atleast 3 different p28s...
