    gsr head on a b16a block v-tec bogs?!?!?!

    hi guys i got a 94 eg wiith a b16a block. i just swapped it yesterday for a gsr head, with a skunk 2 manifold and throttle body. v-tec seems to bog until 8 grand? i dont go anywhere. coud this be because of the tune i had setup for my b series head? or is it my fuel regulator?please help me out!!!
