    Can my cd5 k24 get bard in Cali

    I have a 95 accord ex and I was going to put in a k24a2 in it next week. But my concern was if anyone ever got it to be BARD. Doing a lot of research and it seems like the k series engine is really tuff to pass bar regulations. Please let me know if this will be a successful swap to go legit
