    93 civic ex with a d15b vtec engine bogs when i give it gas

    i have a 1993 civic ex that has a new d15b vtec and new transmission. my problem is if i slowly give it gas in park it does fine but when im not slow about it i bogs down also when it is in any gear or neutral it bogs down wether i give it gas fast or slow to the point were its about to cut off...

    93 CIVIC EX won't turn over 2000 rps

    I have a 1993 honda civic with a d15b swap. in park and neutral i can rev as high as i want to but put it in drive and 1st gear its ok after that the car wont go over 2000 rpms. It doesn't have a check engine light on. Anyone have any ideas or have had the same problem?
