yea red top is type s and it also has a system similar to lsd with it. you might have boughten h22a and they put a type s cover on it

the s100 is good but for mine i would do s200 its one of the best by hondata and if you plan to run turbo or any boost you can get the upgrades for boost capabilities thats just my opinion

in my opinion i would do h22a bottom is ok good torque and all but when you hit that vtec you will fall in love. but if you want the best of both worlds do the h23 vtec engine. its the best of both worlds. good lowen power with the power of vtec on high end.
