no the injectors inject at diff times just like two pistons up two pistons down on the block when in motion how you set the timing this is how i do it and it never fails take sparkplug #1 out from the head,move the cam shaft to the nearest point in "UP" position if its hard to move or wont move...
dude i just did that swap and had the same problem like you you gotta check if the vaccum hose is connected to the egr valve if not tee it to one of the vaccum hoses and when you startin the car you gotta hold down all the throttle and if you fifnt block up the oil passages on the crank side...
