    should be a 2 wire IACV glug instead of the 3 wire on the y7. really shouldn't be that hard if you just start plugging the sensors up and once you see one that doesn't fit just swap plugs.

    get some PB blaster to loosen up rusted bolts, should make it alot easier. i have used jb weld on an oil pan of mine when putting in a oil return line, worked fine but if you can i would weld the crack instead of JB'ing it. just call your local welding shop and see how much they would charge...

    yeah you can, its just a pain in the ass and should be done on the dyno with a det can or stethescope so you can listen for knock. thats what makes it suck a pain and the z6 a better motor, easier to tune.

    once you start doing stuff to it and need it tuned or need to run a chipped ecu you will realize that the motor has timing issues. thing is its way too dependant on input from the knock sensor and the ecu corrects timing accordingly, where the z6 isn't.
