Yeah that's the suspision. My thoughts , either the ignition control module in the distributor or the main relay, which never was replaced in my car. So I'm gonna check that later today for the broken solder. Any other suggestions that may cause it to lose power when the engine gets hot?
So I got that problem fixed. Turns out the tps and the map connectors were backwards and developed a new problem. Can I post this kinda stuff in the same thread??
No I did a reset and hooked my p5m up when it was saying that. I didn't have the chipped one hooked. Ill try another reset and see what happens. But the pin in the two pin connector, yeah I tried that. That's why I'm thinking the light is out. I'll check that later. Kinda only have limited time...
Funny thing, my cel lights not working. After the swap was done its not picking anything up. It's showing "cannot establish a link" when they hooked it to the scan tool. And I had my p5m hooked up
I'm having this same problem. But I'm getting good spark. I've swapped a jdm h22a obd2 in mine. Fires up. Gets a little above 2k and bogs down. Check vacuum lines also. Good luck
