    Ef with gsr speedo electric or cable?

    im swapping a gsr into my Ef hatch. Going to be using the p72 Ecu. Also using a hydro b16 trans. Will I need to use the electronic speedo vss for vtec to work properly? Also will I have to wire it into my harness? I heard that the Ef had a wire from the factory speedo to the Ecu. Not quite sure...
