Not me but I had the same failure as Andy and several others. The middle plate will crack at the base of the serrations where the inner bolt goes through. There is not enough section there. Cheddas Auto offers better unit.

For the love of god do NOT run those camber plates going up Pike Peak. Mine broke with the slightest of a bump on the racetrack.......You don't need to have an off at Pike Peak due to broken Camber Plates.....
