I'm thinking failure to add silicone at the necessary points. Possibly incorrect torque setting on the M6's. Even an uneven pan which seems unlikely since its new, but its possible.

I figured out what I can do. I can either grind away the extra material on the ITR bracket to make it fit the pan (others have done this) or I can get the flywheel cover plate and the two support bracket pieces. I figured out which parts they are.
