    wrong gasket on the throttle body. they gave you the wrong gasket, it's blocking the warm start passages. That or your EGR valve is going wacky (but do Preludes run EGR?). Voltage is normal at TPS, should be like 4.7 at WOT. check the gasket, I'm 99% sure you either installed it backwards...

    VTEC isn't pointless with turbo, it still offers more duration, more lift, it's a larger cam lobe. What becomes pointless is the valve overlap in VTEC, but if you were to disable, you'd lose the lift/duration, so might as well keep it! as far as ls/vtec vs. turbo...two different worlds...

    PROPER fuel, spark, and compression are the only 3 things a car needs to start, assuming you wired properly. Make sure you wired the oil pressure switch, and make sure your fuel pump is coming on. Take the plugs out and replace them. Make sure they are gapped right. Check for blown fuses...

    fuel pump's fine, good call on the axles/hoses...just buy an FPR (fuel pressure regulator) and raise to **stock** fuel pressure for the right motor, ie 98 LS fuel pressure. OBD I ECU as an OBD II ECU WILL NOT PLUG AND PLAY. Should be able to run the stock ECU to save money, or go to a 94/95 LS...
