Have you checked all your fuses, to see if you blew any? That would be the FIRST thing to do. Other than that, check your relays, amke sure they are woring. Check for fuel, and spark in the engine. Hope you didn't fry your ECU, and no, you can't "reset" it.

Sounds like a fuel filter/fuel pump problem. Sounds like it is starving for fuel at idle and under load. Try changing the fuel filter. Check fuel pressure and volume that the pump is putting out.

Use the Integra axles, as long as they're for an OBD 1/2 Integra, 94+, they should work. I'd upgrade the fuel pump. It will work, but I wouldn't chance it... Use Integra upper and Del Sol lower radiator hose.
