Its' from Mugen! One of the top JDM aftermarket companies. What gives?? Why is it so hard to find?? it's one of the nicest bumper, it totally changes the look of the prelude.
THanks sol and sleepnaccord for your help in a forum that rarely gives help. I appreciate it.
I found out the problem and you guys were right, it was the timing belt teeth. It must've been loose and jumped. after I adjusted the timing and tightened the timing belt, it runs like nothing ever...
Yea there was a spark. My dad held the spark plug and I cranked the car.
He did notice the timing belt was a little loose so it might have jumped. Would that have any affect?
Okay, this is not your average I don't have an idea what I'm doing and I can't start my car thread. I've done all the checks and everything is there. I have fuel, spark and compression but it still is only cranking and now I'm stuck as to what to do next. Any ideas?
The car is a 93 Prelude...

It attaches to the lower part of this right?
Noooo, mines is way different
I have a 93 SI auto, it looks alot different.
see where the 3 holes in the center are? thats the sensor I pulled out to test the idle. The honda dealer guy was telling me thats the fast speed sensor. Is taht right? Then wheres the IAC...
Where is the IAC located? When i called the honda dealer they said it was on the intake manifold?
I pulled out the sensor on the lower part of the throttlebody, he said thats the fast speed sensor? If you pull that out, is the idle supposed to drop?
Been there done that. Is there a specific place anyone knows? I guess its not that common a product....
I can go to honda, but they're always a ripoff...ebay doesn't have it....junkyard you gotta get lucky to find a prelude...
Yea if anyone knows the solution to the rattle let me know, my prelude auto rattles at idle. Its embarrassing. It sounds liek a heat shield, but I dont see it!
