Get a Haynes manual. The shop that did my swap screwed up the wiring and I had to trace it out with my Haynes manual to fix it. It was easy. They have electrical diagrams at the back of it with the color of the wires. Also you should of labeled everything when you pulled it off the old engine.

You should search first and read the swap articles they answer this question. You are OBD 2a, you should get a OBD 2 motor, that link shows an OBD 1 motor. And you will need the correct motor mounts the swap articles tell you which ones. Google is your friend also.
