My 94 civic dx has a really erratic idle. I was told it is because my intake and exhaust are too big for my engine. I was also told that advancing my timing would solve this? Does this sound correct? Any other suggestions? Thanks.
im having problems with my dx. whenever i start it a belt squeals really loud, i think it might be the alternator belt because i have no ac or power steering and until the engine warms up it squeals and revs up and down. if i have any accessories on like heat or rear defrost it sqeals or revs...
my shitty little D15 in my 94 civic idles bad when it isn't warmed up for a while. It revs up a little and drops continuously. Anyone with an idea what's wrong?
Anyone have personal experience with liking the ls tranny over the gsr for a b20 swap with a turbo in the near future? I already have a good GSR tranny with low miles on it but my friend is telling me to get an LS instead because its geared better for the engine. Sound accurate?
