you'll need an obdo to obd1 adapter should be plug and play from there...have to get the engine harness converted to obd1 for the distributer and injectors.
if you are doin a ls swap you will need the vacumm sensors off the firewall of the ls that is the only thing i know of that it could be.... i have the same swap had a zc but blew it so know its time for a b18a1 ls motor had to use the vacumm pods from the integra

definitely the gearing of the b16 tranny.... shorter gears copared to that of the stock one... ecu will not change the rpm it will change air/fuel ratio etc. etc. but not the gearing
