The active topics from the past 24 hours are now cached

Instead of updating per page-view, they will only be updated every 15 min. This will take a lot of load off the server, as the data is automatically pulled form the datastore anyway by vbulletin.

It might be the 'ass dyno' theory, but i think the home page loads noticeably faster now.

I does seem a little quicker, that or I just cleaned up my hard drive.

It loads a bit more quickly here from work.
