So in my reading i have found that a 0 carb diet is the way to go to burn fat. I started in Mid January at a smooth weight of 273 Being 6'4'' i tried to hide it well. But when my love handles were showing through a thick sweater i started my work out plan. I have been on it for alittle over 2 months. Limiting my the bad choices in foods and i am a slightly "toned" 242. So overall weight loss is a good amount, but i want to start dropping the fat. I am gaining alot of muscle mass but i know i have alot more to lose. So is a 0 carb diet the way to go? Any exoierences in it? What are some suggested substitutes for this so i can still eat a sandwhich? Would you suggest this type of diet, or should i continue my no fast food, soda, greasy fried foods and sweets "diet"?
