00's B16A2 into 98's GSR

Help! Blown 98's GSR motor replacing with 00's B16A2. Are the wiring connection any different (need to cut, splice or jump?) and what about the emission equipment. What other type of problem to lookout for? Thanks

use the GSRs harness ... it will plug right in
