03 civic SI seats fitment

hey i check'd out the brackets on the 03 civic SI seats. they look very similar to that of the 92-95 front seats, my question is if the bolt measurments are exact or not. Cuz i could get some 03 civic SI seats for $200. thanx hybrid crew.
