06 ivtec into 91 accord HELP

hey im a newbie with a mission, i am capable of buying the motor of an 06 civic si...

i want to stuff it into my project car a 91 accord...call me crazy cuz apparently it is crazy...
what do i need from the donor

so far ive been told

block
tranny
ecu/ entire wiring
ignition because withough it, the motor is useless apparently

theve qouted me a thousand dollars with parts and labor to install it
axles and other crap...
what do u guys think?

I think you should put this in the accord hybrid section and let everyone tell you to buy a civic or integra.

Who quoted you $1,000 bucks to install all of this? I seriously doubt this is gonna happen for a grand...nobody has done a K-swap into the pre-94 Accords yet, at least as far as I know, so I seriously doubt they're going to be able to get it done for that cheap.

Don't forget that aside from all the stuff you listed you're also going to need custom fabricated engine and tranny mounts, which are either gonna be really expensive or really ghetto-looking if done cheaply...
