Got a possible answer for us Gomez
Hey man, did a lot of poking around on the net last night and it seems we're not the only two with this problem. It's quite common with the Acura rsx-s and 8th gen civic si's. Seems to be a Synchro Mesh problem. The car's tranny isn't recognizing at the right rpm's to allow you to shift smoothly into third. Apparently, not a major problem though if that's in fact what it is. Most people found a solution by adding new tranny fluid... Amsoil 5w30 synthetic fluid to be exact. I guess it'll take about 2 to 3 quarts and you can order it online. I'm personally bringing in my Honda to the dealer to have them look at it though in another week or two. Hell, if you got a warranty, might as well use it, right? I'll let you know what happens. Best of luck overseas man...stay safe!
