i did a search and didn't find it

it should be mid 14's about i think.

this has been covered like a million times but i will answer anyway. since you didnt say what model dohc vtec or what model civic it varies, cx or vx is lighter so i am assuming you mean one of those or even dx. b16 - 14.3-14.5 b18c 13's or a low 14 it all depends on setup, driver, blah blah blah.

10s to 20s

every car is different
every track is different
every driver is different
everyday, the waether changes
every run, the track conditions change
every run, the wind changes

and there's 2131232 more varibles that make this question utter bullshit.

I was asking for a fucking stock time on the lighest '94 HB with the b16 in it.

Not what if I modded this, what if I modded that.

'94 is the fastest stock year, i believe or one of the fastest and I just wanted to know from the manufacturer what they rated the 1/4th mile at

it wasn't a difficult question

b16's dont come stock in hatches, so therefore, the car IS modified.

Not in the states, but I am sure some digging around could turn up a performance spec sheet on a SiR, or a VTi.
