12 volt constant not working

so recently my deck just fried (pioneer deh-p8500mp) and now my clock doesn't have the correct time anymore, and when i put my signal light on the clock flashes.. any idea what the problem would be.. any help is greatly appreciated.. thanks

Did you fry the wire from the clock that connects to the constant power on? You may have torched that circuit or fuse in your car. Check it out.
