$1500 Swap Budget

My dad gave me an old 1985 CRX DX that has been sitting in our garage for the past 15 years. the motor is all apart (stock EW-1 if i recall correctly) and i dont think it's worth putting back together, so i wanted to do a swap in it. Now, my dad has tons of experience with Hondas, so i was thinking of finding an old D series and just rebuilding it (Probably cheaper than a B series). I know I need a wiring harness, ecu, axles, brakes, and fuel pump. is there anything else I need? can i do something reasonable with my budget?

D16A1 swap...$1500 is plenty...best thing to do is find a complete donor car
-you'll need the interior harness

for the carb to fuel injection swap you'll also need a few additional parts:Si fuel tank, fuel pump, return line...or rig your gas tank for the return line

OK so find the motor from any 86-89 Integra + those other parts? How is the availability of after market parts for this engine (D16a1)? IE exhaust, cams, chip etc?
