Im looking at some wheels right now for an Eg hatchback. Which would be more appealing for daily driving, 16's or 15's?

ride wise: 15's... larger sidewall tire = better ride.
performance wise: 15's... ligher weight, less rotational mass and you can get them in the same width as a 16" wheel (15x7) and have the same grip.

15s
lighter
better acceleration
better braking
slightly more sidewall to protect from bumps and shit in the road
less expensive
more tires available
look better in my oppinion

the only reason to go bigger is if your running brakes that wont fit under them

i've noticed better handling with the 16's over the 15's

i disagree. i've had every size rim on my car-
17x7
16x7
15x7
14x6
14x5.5
13x5

and 15x7 are the best feeling i've had so far.

15x7 > 15x6.5 in my opinion... mainly because you get no rollover on a 205 tire. on a 6.5, id run a 195 wide tire.
my enkeis, volks, racing harts, etc are a few than make a15x7's
rotas, and the cheaper companies make 15x6.5

195/50 is a much more supported size (you will find more tires in that size)

I want to see your sol with 17's. Was this before or after the CF windsheild wipers and the Ractive coilovers and intake

color is all about personal choice. I like bronze alot, as well as white and gun metal. However, White is a total bitch to keep clean. You have to wash them every day. Some people love flat black, others like me dispise it. It is about what you like more.
