15X7 or 16X7....

I have 16X7 with 205/45's on an EJ and I will be autocrossing soon and want to know the advantages/disadvantages (if any) by switching to 15X7's with 205/50's...thanks

I stay in my power range better with 15's. When I ran 17's I had to shift more often....Seems that I accel a little faster too.

Yes, that works... but hardly any one thinks that way or has the money to do so.
